• All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Custom or made-to-order pieces may take up to 5-7 business days for processing, depending on the complexity of the design.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

• We offer standard shipping across India.
• Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order weight.
• Estimated delivery time:
  • Standard Shipping – 5 to 7 business days
  • Express Shipping – 2 to 3 business days (available at an additional cost)

International Shipping

• Currently, we do not offer international shipping. However, we are working to expand our services soon.

Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your order's status.

Delays and Issues

• We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
