At Ishu’s Handmade Jewell, each product is handmade with care and love. We take pride in quality and customer satisfaction. Please read our return and exchange policy below:
🛍️ Returns
- As all our jewellery is handmade and often customized, we do not accept returns unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
🔁 Exchanges
- We offer exchange only in case of wrong or damaged items received.
- To be eligible, the product must be:
- Unused
- In its original packaging
- Reported within 48 hours of delivery
📦 How to Request an Exchange
- Email us at np04412@gmail.com with your order number and issue details.
- Attach clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product.
- Once approved, we will guide you through the exchange process.
❌ Non-Exchangeable Items

Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are damaged.
- Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
📮 Return Shipping
- If an exchange is approved, return shipping details will be shared with you.
- In most cases, the buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the mistake is from our side.
📌 Important Notes
- Slight color or design variations may occur due to the handmade nature of items. These are not considered defects.
- Please check product details carefully before placing your order.
