1. What kind of jewellery do you make?

We create handmade fabric, embroidery, mirror, and beaded jewellery. Each piece is unique, lightweight, and designed with care to suit every occasion.

2. Are the jewellery pieces customizable?

Yes! We offer customized jewellery as per your preferences—whether it's a specific color, design, or theme. Just reach out to us with your ideas!

3. How do I place an order?

You can place an order directly through our website ishushandmadejewell.com. Browse your favorite designs, add to cart, and follow the checkout steps.

4. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Currently, we offer online payment methods only. COD may be added in the future.

5. How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are usually delivered within 5 to 10 business days. Custom orders may take a little longer, and we’ll inform you of the expected delivery time.

6. Do you ship internationally?

Right now, we ship only within India. We are working on expanding our delivery network to other countries soon.

7. Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID via email or WhatsApp to follow your order's journey.

8. What if I receive a damaged product?

We take great care in packaging, but if your product is damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll work with you to resolve it.

9. Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can help with cancellation or changes. Please contact us as soon as possible.
