Return and Exchange Policy

At Ishu Handmade Jewell, we strive to create jewelry that you will love and cherish. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with our return and exchange policy.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return:
    • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
    • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
  • Items that are custom-made or personalized are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@ishuhandmadejewell.com with your order details and reason for return.
  2. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back.
  3. Shipping costs for returning items are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

  • We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible for an exchange:
    • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
    • Exchanges are only allowed for items of equal or lesser value (if exchanging for a lesser value, the balance will be provided as store credit).
  • If you wish to exchange an item, contact us at support@ishuhandmadejewell.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.

Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Custom or personalized pieces
  • Sale items or discounted products
  • Earrings (due to hygiene reasons)

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the product.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund if the item is no longer available.
